so the first thing that was so very Disney was a s'more.
not just any s'more though, it was on a skewer. it was taller than 6''.
this thing was so massive i didn't even know how to eat it, lol. it was a brownie on the bottom, ice cream on the top of that, a skewer through the both of those, with two lightly toasted marshmallows rolled in sprinkles stuck on the top. cool right?
(oh, and since it was my birthday the chef decorated the plate <3 )
so Katie got chocolate moose. literally.
This isn't a great picture, but the mousse was shaped like a moose as you can see. the antlars were sugar, as well as the tounge that was so cutely sticking out at Katie. if i remember correctly, the nose and eyes were made of blue and red M&Ms.
that was dessert at Le Cellier (Le-cell-yay) in the Canada pavilion of EPCOT.
One of the most amazing things i had at Disney however was a sandwich. yes, a sandwich. however this was single handedly the most amazing sandwich in the history of sandwiches.
yeah i took three pictures. it was that good. lets see, if i can remember correctly this was turkey cheese port wine sauce and i dont remember what the greens were..... hmm. oh but it was so good. this was from Wolfgang Puck in the Downtown Disney area
